旋流连续离心分选机是基于离心分选和水力旋流器原理开发的新型分选设备.研究采用旋流连续离心分选机,针对赤铁矿进行分级试验,计算并分析了设备在不同操作因子条件下的分级效率.结果表明,旋流连续离心分选机的给料压力、反冲水压力、沉砂口压力、溢流口压力对其分级效果均有明显影响.对-2×103μm赤铁矿分级的最佳操作参数为给料压力60~ 70 kPa,反冲水压力2 ~5 kPa,溢流口压力40~ 50 kPa,沉砂口压力45~50 kPa,获得沉砂产品中-2×103+ 150 μm、-150 +74 μm和-74 μm三个粒级的分级效率分别为80% ~85% 、64% ~70%和25% ~ 35%,分级效果较好.本研究对我国大量难选赤铁矿的分级提供了一种新的途径,并可为旋流连续离心分选机在矿物加工领域的进一步拓展应用提供一定借鉴.%Continuous centrifugal separator is a new kind of separation equipment based on the principle of centrifugal separation and hydrocyclone.In this paper,an innovative classifying process has been studied out for hematite,and the influencing factors of the concentrator have been calculated and analyzed,such as feed pressure,water injection pressure,underflow pressure and overflow pressure.Under the optimized operating conditions at 60-70 kPa feed pressure,2-5 kPa water injection pressure,40-50 kPa overflow pressure and 45-50 kPa underflow pressure,the classifying results for -2 × 103 μm hematite ore show that the classification efficiencies are respectively 80%-85% 、64%-70% and 25%-35% for the-2 × 103 + 150 μm,-150 +74 μm and-74 μm particle fractions.It was concluded that this new equipment provides a new method for high-efficient classification of hematite ore,and it provides a potential application in the continuous centrifugal separator for mineral processing.
