某框架－核心筒结构的设计思考

摘要

该超限高层建筑高155.2 m，高宽比约4.3，采用钢筋混凝土框架－核心筒结构体系。重点分析了塔楼偏置与体型收进、框架部分剪力调整、包络设计在工程中的应用，且对每一方面更进一步的进行了探讨，可用于实际设计工作中。%The transfinite high-rise building with height of 155.2 m and height to width ratio of about 4.3 a-dopted the reinforced concrete frame -core tube structure system .The application of tower bias and setback , framework partial shearing force adjustment , enveloping design in engineering was selectively analyzed , and ev-ery aspect was proceeded to further discuss , which can be used in actual design work.
