水煤浆棒磨机溜管给料密封结构的设计及应用

本文介绍了一种溜管给料密封装置,主要应用于水煤浆棒磨机. 煤浆从棒磨机的给料溜管流入,从出料筛排出. 在固定的给料溜管与旋转的进料螺旋筒之间,设计研发一种双重密封结构,避免漏浆或者渗浆现象.%The paper introduces a feed seal device, mainly used in water coal rod mill. Coal slurry flows from the rod mill feed pipe into the slip, discharges from the discharge screen. The paper designs a dual seal structure between rod mill feed pipe and rotary spiral shell, to avoid leakage or seepage pulp slurry phenomenon.
