本试验旨在研究天然及改性沸石对鸡白痢沙门氏菌的体外抑菌效果,分别以0.5 g、1 g、2g、4g、8g乳酸改性沸石以及1g天然沸石、高温改性沸石、乳酸改性沸石加入到100mL鸡白痢沙门氏菌悬液中,将沙门氏菌培养后计数.结果表明,天然沸石、高温改性沸石对沙门氏菌的抑菌效果不明显,而乳酸改性沸石的抑菌效果最好,且随添加量的增加,抑菌效果增强,当增加到2 g/100mL时,沙门氏菌活菌数减少99.88%.%This research was designed to explore the in vitro inhibitory effect of natural and modified zeolite on Salmonella pullorum. 0.5 g, 1 g, 2 g, 4 g, 8 g lactic acid-modified zeolite, and 1 g natural, high temperature-modified and lactic acid-modified zeolites was added to the 100 mL Salmonella pullorum suspension, respectively, and cultured. Then the colony forming units were counted by plate culture. The result showed that natural and high temperature-modified zeolite had little inhibitory effect on Salmonella pullorum. Lactic acid-modified zeolite had the greatest inhibitory effect, which was enhanced by increasing the dose. The number of Salmonella decreased by 99.88 % when 2 g/100mL lactic acid-modified zeolite was added.
