聚羧酸醚高效减水剂在石膏中的应用

摘要

研究聚羧酸醚高效减水剂(PCE)对石膏流动度、凝结时间和强度的影响；研究在石膏中分别掺加硅酸盐水泥、氧化钙后PCE对石膏流动度和强度的影响.结果表明,随着PCE掺量的增加,石膏流动度增加,凝结时间增长,强度下降；PCE相同掺量下,掺加硅酸盐水泥、氧化钙后石膏流动度大幅提高,减水率增加.%Study on the influence of PCE water reducing agent on fluidity, setting time and strength of gypsum. Study on the influence of PCE water reducing agent on fluidity and strength in gypsum mixed with silicate cement and calcium oxide respectively. The results shows that the fluidity and setting time of gypsum increase with the dosage of PCE increasing, the strength of gypsum reduces with the dosage of PCE increasing. The dosage of PCE stays the same, after having mixed with silicate cement and calcium oxide respectively, the fluidity of gypsum increases by a wide margin with the water reduction rate increasing.
