凹凸棒土/聚丙烯酰胺杂化絮凝剂的合成及其絮凝特性研究

         

摘要

Attapulgite-graft-polyacrylamide hybrid flocculant(ATP/PAM) was prepared through ultrasonic dispersion under the redox system composed by MPMP and K2S2O8. The effect of polymerization conditions on the intrinsic viscosity was researched and the flocculation mechanism of ATP/PAM was discussed. Through the treatment of 2.5wt% kaolin, 5wt% hematite simulated sewage and about 5.2% solid content life sewage showed that ATP/PAM had a higher settlement, a shorter flocculation time and a smaller volume of sludge, it was better than ordinary PAM in a wide range. In aword, it could greatly improve the efficiency and capacity of sewage treatment.%采用超声波分散的方法,在N-甲基丙烯酰-N'-嘧啶哌嗪(MPMP)与过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)组成的氧化还原体系下,引发丙烯酰胺单体(AM)在酸改性凹凸棒土(ATP)表面发生接枝聚合反应,生成凹凸棒土接枝聚丙烯酰胺杂化絮凝剂(ATP/PAM).考察了聚合反应条件对ATP/PAM特性黏数的影响,探讨了ATP/PAM的絮凝机理,通过对2.5wt%高岭土、5wt%赤铁矿模拟污水以及固含量5.2%的实际生活污水处理发现,ATP/PAM絮凝形成的矾花沉降速度快,絮凝时间短,产生的污泥量少,在很大的添加量范围内优于普通PAM,能够有效提高污水处理的效率和能力.
