基于正交设计的大流动性自燃煤矸石全轻混凝土试验研究

         

摘要

为了实现大流动性自燃煤矸石全轻混凝土的配制要求,采用正交试验分析了粉煤灰取代率、减水剂掺量、砂率3个配合比因素对自燃煤矸石全轻混凝土拌合物工作性及硬化强度的影响.研究结果表明:粉煤灰取代率对拌合物工作性及硬化强度的影响最显著,其次是减水剂掺量和砂率.用粉煤灰取代率15%、减水剂掺量0.72%、砂率42%为参数进行配合比设计时,可使设计强度为C20的自燃煤矸石全轻混凝土在保持拌合物粘聚性和保水性良好的前提下,既实现预拌混凝土大流动性的目标(H>160 mm),又保证了硬化混凝土具有较高的强度.研究结果对进一步探索预拌全轻混凝土提供了理论参考.%In order to realize the preparation requirements of high fluidity spontaneous combustion coal gangue full-lightweight concrete, orthogonal design was used to analyze the influence of the fly ash replacement ratio, water-reducing agent content, and sand ratio which were used as three mix factors in the mixture's workability and harden strength of spontaneous combustion coal gangue full-lightweight concrete. The results showed that the most significant influence was fly ash replacement ratio, then were the water-reducing agent content and sand ratio. When fly ash replacement ratio was 15%, water-reducing agent content was 0.72% and sand ratio was 42%, in the premise of keeping the mixture's good, it can keep the design strength was C20 spontaneous combustion coal gangue full-lightweight concrete having good cohesiveness and water retention performance, and realize the high fluidity target( H> 160 mm ) of the ready-mixed concrete, and also ensure that the hardened concrete has a higher strength. The research results provides an important theory reference for further exploration of premixed full-lightweight concrete.
