硅藻土负载复合相变储能材料的制备工艺研究

摘要

以硬脂酸丁酯和硬脂酸甲酯为相变体,制备了硅藻土负载复合相变储能材料.其优化制备工艺条件为:硅藻土煅烧温度350℃,煅烧时间3h,相变处理负载量50％,负载温度90℃,负载时间20 min.%Diatomite composite phase change materials is prepared with butyl stcarate and methyl stearate as the phase variation. The condition of diatomite composite phase change material preparation is as follows: the calcination temperature of diatomite 350 ℃, the calcination time 3 h, the load cintent 50%, the load temperature 90 ℃, the load time 20 min.
