钛酸钾含量对摩擦片耐摩擦磨损性能的影响

     

摘要

Flaky potassium titanate were used as stabilizer in the friction materials. A series of friction plates with different content of potassium titanate were prepared. The results showed that all products exhibited good thermal stability and high wear resistance when the content of potassium titanate varied from 3%~53%. The average friction coefifcient of friction plates was about 0.29, and wear rates were below 0.38×10-7 cm3/(N · m).%将鳞片状钛酸钾作为摩擦磨损稳定剂用于摩擦材料制造,制备了不同鳞片钛酸钾含量的摩擦材料实验片,并对其进行摩擦磨损性能测试。结果表明,钛酸钾加入比例为3%~53%时,摩擦片均表现出良好的耐摩擦磨损性和热稳定性,各组实验片平均摩擦因数为0.29,磨损率在0.38×10-7 cm3/(N · m)以内。
