盐溶液和转晶剂对α-半水钛石膏晶体形貌的影响

         

摘要

采用常压盐溶液法制备α-半水钛石膏,研究CaCl2盐溶液质量分数对钛石膏生成α-半水石膏晶体形貌的影响,并考察乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)掺量在0.05%~0.5%范围内时,α-半水钛石膏晶体形貌的改变.采用偏光显微镜观察石膏晶体形貌,X射线衍射仪对制得的半水石膏进行表征.结果表明,CaCl2溶液质量分数在15%~25%范围内,CaCl2溶液质量分数越大,形成的晶体尺度越小,长径比越小.控制EDTA掺量为0.2%,可以得到长径比接近1∶1的短柱状α-半水石膏.%α-Hemihydrate gypsum was prepared in salt solution under normal pressure.The influence of CaCl2 salt solution concentration on crystal morphology of α-hemihydrate titanium gypsum was investigated.The crystal modifier was doped to change crystal morphology of α-hemihydrate titanium gypsum in the range of 0.05%~0.5% EDTA.The products were characterized by X-ray and observed on the polarizing microscope.The results showed that the size of the crystal became smaller with the higher CaCl2 concentration in the range of 15%~25%.With EDTA dosage of 0.2%,α-hemihydrate gypsum was prepared with aspect ratio closed to 1 ∶ 1.
