利用陶瓷生产中的除铁废料研制陶板

         

摘要

This study mainly focuses on the construction of ceramic plates with the iron-removed waste in the ceramic production as well as the influence of the ceramic body proportion and the preparation process on the quality of the ceramic plates . The results showed that when the addition level of iron-removed waste was at 65%, 70%, 75%, 80% and 85% respectively, the ceramic plates meeting the requirements of the national standard could be manufactured at 1040 ℃~1110 ℃, presenting as the color of burnt umber to dark brown. And when the sintering temperature increased, the sample of the same body proportion showed higher bending strength. The best proportion of ceramic body was achieved when the ratio of iron-removed waste:potassium feldspar: diopside: black mud was equal to 75%:12%:8%:5% and the optimum sintering temperature is 1080 ℃. With this proportion and process, the water absorption of the manufactured ceramic plates was 5.47%, the volume density being 2.23 g/cm3 and the strength being above 120 MPa. These ceramic plates could meet the requirements of the national standard with a certain color and gloss.%利用陶瓷生产中的除铁废料研制建筑陶板,并研究坯料配方及制备工艺对陶板品质的影响.研究结果表明:除铁废料添加量分别为65%、70%、75%、80%以及85%的坯料配方,在1040~1110℃均可制备出性能符合国家标准要求并呈现熟褐至深棕颜色的陶板;在不过烧的前提下,同一坯料配方的试样随着烧成温度的升高,抗弯强度提高;最佳坯料配比是除铁废料:钾长石:透辉石:黑泥为75%:12%:8%:5%,最佳烧成温度为1080℃,以此配方与工艺制备出的陶板吸水率为5.47%、密度为2.23g/cm3、抗弯强度达120 MPa以上,性能指标符合建筑陶板的国家标准要求,并且具有一定颜色以及光泽度.
