H3PW12O40-Fe2O3/膨润土的制备及其可见光-Fenton降解金橙Ⅱ

         

摘要

以机械活化预处理的Fe2O3/膨润土为载体,由等体积浸渍具有可见光响应活性的H3PW12O40,制得可见光-Fenton催化用H3PW12O40-Fe2O3/膨润土催化剂.通过考察H3PW12O40浸渍负载量、浸渍时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对H3PW12O40-Fe2O3/膨润土催化性能的影响,确定最佳的制备工艺条件为:H3PW12O40浸渍负载量20%、浸渍时间60 min、焙烧温度350℃、焙烧时间150 min.H3PW12O40有效提高了所制备催化剂的可见光-Fenton反应催化活性,对金橙Ⅱ的催化降解在150 min时达到反应平衡,去除率为87.2%.金橙Ⅱ的H3PW12O40-FeO3/膨润土可见光-Fenton催化反应符合一级动力学模型,速率常数k为0.0141 min-1.%Using Fe2O3/bentonite pretreated by mechanical activation as the support,H3PW12O40 with activity of visible light was impregnated through the equal volume impregnation,and H3PW12O40-Fe2O3/bentonite used for the photo-Fenton reaction under visible light was prepared.The effects of loading amount of H3PW12O40,impregnation time,calcination temperature,and calcination time on the catalytic activity of catalyst were studied.The optimum process conditions for preparation of H3PW12O40-Fe2O3/bentonite were as follows:loading amount of H3PW12O40 20%,impregnation time 60 min,calcination temperature 350 ℃,and calcination time 150 min.The catalytic activity of H3PW12O40-Fe2O3/bentonite for the photo-Fenton reaction under visible light was effectively improved by the loaded H3PW12O40.The photo-Fenton degradation of orange Ⅱ catalyzed by H3PW12O40-Fe2O3/bentonite under visible light reached equilibrium at time of 150 min,and the removal ratio of orange Ⅱ was 87.2%.The degradation reaction accorded with the first-order kinetics model,and the constant of reaction rate was 0.0141 min-1.
