电梯系统垂直振动减振策略分析

以1:1的曳引式电梯为研究对象,针对曳引机转子偏心引起的垂直方向共振进行研究,建立电梯系统动力学方程,应用Matlab编程求解出系统各阶固有频率的变化范围,发现当电梯运行至30 s时系统固有频率与曳引机激振频率非常接近,针对该问题提出了一种通过减小橡胶隔振垫的刚度系数来改变系统固有频率的方法,然后用相同刚度系数的橡胶弹簧替换橡胶隔振垫,仿真结果表明改进后的电梯系统固有频率与曳引机激振频率一直都不会相同,有效地防止了共振的发生,证明该减振策略有效.%With a traction type elevator as the research object, the vertical resonance induced by rotating imbalance of the traction machine is studied. Dynamic equation of vibration for the elevator system is established. Matlab programming is applied to get the variation range of the natural frequencies of the system. It is found that the natural frequency of the elevator system and the vibration frequency of the traction machine are almost equal after 30 s elevator operating. Thus, an improvement strategy to transform the natural frequency of the system through reducing the stiffness of the rubber isolation pad is proposed. Afterwards, the rubber isolation pad is replaced by a rubber spring with the same stiffness. The simulation results show that the natural frequency of the improved elevator system is always kept away from the excitation frequency of the traction machine and the resonance is avoided effectively. This improvement strategy is proved to be available.
