摘要

This paper introduces in order to shorten operation time of CO transformation in one synthetic ammonia device in Hebei Province, by buying N2, H2 and CS2 outsourcing in order to vulcanize, vulcanization process and existing problems and it analyzes some new characteristics and requirements of the emergence of catalyst in catalytic process.%介绍河北某大型合成氨装置为缩短一氧化碳变换工段开车时间，采用外购氮气、氢气及二硫化碳配气对催化剂进行硫化的方法、硫化过程和存在的问题，并分析了催化剂在硫化过程中出现的一些新特点及要求。
