浅析流域防御洪水方案的编制——以东江流域为例

摘要

Based on Dongjiang river basin, the formulation of flood prevention schemes were discussed from four aspects such as characteristics of flood disaster, the system of flood control projects, flood prevention principle and flood prevention plan, and some problems need attention in formulating flood prevention schemes were proposed for providing reference and suggestions.%以东江流域为例,从洪水灾害特征、防洪工程体系、防御洪水原则和防御洪水安排等4个方面,浅析流域防御洪水方案的编制,并探讨制订防御洪水方案需要重点注意的一些问题,为编制和完善防御洪水方案提供参考和建议。
