农村环境监测存在的问题和建议

摘要

在分析开展农村环境监测工作中存在问题的基础上,提出适当增加人员编制、加强人才队伍建设、提高监测装备水平、通过计量认证评审、独立行使监测职能、完善农村环境监测技术规范、加大监测经费投入等建议,以期对开展农村环境监测工作有所帮助。%Based on the analysis of the problems of the rural environmental monitoring, this paper put forward the corresponding suggestions such as appropriately increase permanent staff, build talent group, improve monitoring equipment level, through the measurement accreditation assessment, independently exercise monitoring function, perfect rural environment monitoring technical specifications and increase monitoring the funds investment,in order to develop the rural environmental monitoring.
