焦化厂废水处理及回用于循环冷却水的研究

摘要

以宁夏宝丰能源集团有限公司焦化废水处理及回用为例，说明采用“预处理+强化生物脱氮+深度处理”工艺处理焦化废水，出水达到《城市污水再生利用·工业用水水质》（GB/T19923—2005）敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水水质标准，回用于循环冷却水补充水，实现焦化废水资源化循环利用，节约水资源，保护水环境。%Taking coking wastewater treatment in Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co., Ltd as an example, it is proved that"pretreatment plus enhanced biological nitrogen removal plus advanced treatment" could make the wastewater become addi-tional water for the opening circulating cooling water system, which meets the standard of Reuse of Urban Recycling Wa-ter--Water Quality Standard for Industrial Use(GB/T19923-2005). This kind of process can realize coking wastewater recy-cling, save water resource and protect water environment.
