空巢农户科技吸纳现状及对策分析--以江西省北部和南部的两个乡镇为例

摘要

With young rural adults migration, empty nest peasant households gradually become rural basic units and main agricultural technology absorptivity body. By investigating two towns respectively in northern and southern parts of Jiangxi province, contradictions were found in agricultural technology absorptivity. From three aspects of government, empty nest peasant household and area of farmland per capita, this paper analyzed the reasons of contradiction and proposed governmental countermeasures to strengthen willing and ability of empty nest peasant households.%随着农村青壮年劳动力的大量流出，空巢农户逐渐成为农村社会的基本单位及农业科技吸纳的主体。经过对空巢农户典型分布的江西省北部和南部2个乡镇的调研，发现空巢农户在农业科技吸纳上存在矛盾的现象。本文从这一现象出发，从政府、空巢农户自身以及农村人均耕地面积现状3个方面分析造成这一现状的原因，继而从政府的角度提出增强空巢农户科技吸纳意愿和能力的对策。
