中宁电厂1号锅炉主燃料丧失跳闸事故分析

摘要

针对中宁电厂1号炉炉膛火焰丧失造成的锅炉主燃料丧失跳闸（MFT）事故,通过对火检柜电源模块的检查和对事故原因进行分析,得出：由于电源模块长时间运行,造成切换时间延长,使得火检放大器瞬时失电,送DCS有火信号丧失,继而触发锅炉MFT保护动作是产生事故的主要原因。从而提出解决方案,以保证机组安全运行。%Aiming at the fault of the boiler furnace flame fading away leading to the boiler main fuel trip（MFT）,through checking the power source module of the flame detection cabinet and analyzing the cause of the fault,draws the conclusion： the switching time of power source module was prolonged owing to long time operation,results in the power supply of flame detection amplifier breaking transiently and the flame signal sending to DCS disappearing,and triggers the boiler MFT protector acting,so puts forward the relevant solutions to ensure the units safe operation.
