针对宁夏电网供热期调峰能力不足、风电限电突出的问题,通过电网相关实测数据的统计分析,研究网内风电和供热负荷概率特性及二者相关性,提出了应用大容量储热技术实现风电消纳的电网优化配置方案。仿真分析结果表明:该方案可有效增强电网灵活性,解决了电网供热期因调峰能力不足所导致的风电限电问题,对宁夏电网保障性接纳风电有实际意义。%Aiming at the problem of peaking capability insufficient and wind power limitation highlight in the heating period of Ningxia power grid, by making statistics and analysis for measured data of power grid,researches the probability characteristics of the wind power and heating load,and the correlation between the two,puts forward power grid optimized allocation schemes of applying large capacity thermal storage technology to realize wind power consumption. The simulation analysis result shows that the scheme can effectively improve the flexibility of the power grid,solve the problem of wind power limitation caused by peaking capability insufficient in the heating period,and has practical significance for ensuring acceptance of wind power in Ningxia power grid.
