电袋除尘器滤袋破损失效原因分析

摘要

Aiming at the problem of filtering bag breakage and failure of boiler electrostatic fabric filter in a power generation company, analyzes from the following aspects:outlet flue gas temperature field distribution form revolving air preheater,the production of NOx,the circuit of the thermal measurement,the corrosion of spray torch,the overhaul of filter,etc.,puts forward a pointed solution. The analysis result shows that the main causes of filtering bag breakage are the flue gas temperature on the high side,the content of NOx in the flue gas on the high side and the pressure of spray torch on the high side.%针对某发电公司锅炉电袋除尘器滤袋破损失效的问题，从容克式空气预器出口烟气温度场分布、NOx的生成、热工测量回路、喷吹管路腐蚀、除尘器检修等方面进行了分析，提出了针对性的解决措施。分析结果表明：烟气温度过高、烟气中NOx含量过高和喷吹压力过高是造成滤袋破损失效的主要原因。
