钻机用焊接滑轮制造技术改进

摘要

The driling module of the land driling rig and the offshore platform is used to the model welding puley, But because of the design, process and welding and other causes of this type of welding puley once qualified rate is low. In order to improve the model of welding puley first pass rate, from the aspects of design, process and welding was improved. After the PL19-9 project site application shows that this type of welding puley once qualified rate increased from 75% to 100%. The improved method greatly improves the types of welding puley of a qualified rate. The technique has great popularization and application value.%陆地钻机和海洋平台钻机模块都使用该型号焊接滑轮，但是由于设计、工艺以及焊接等原因导致该型号焊接滑轮一次检验合格率较低。为了提高该型号焊接滑轮的一次检验合格率，从设计、工艺和焊接等多方面进行了改进。经过PL19-9项目现场应用证实，该型号焊接滑轮的一次检验合格率由原来的75%提高到100%，该技术改进方法大大提高了该型号焊接滑轮的一次检验合格率，该技术具有较大的推广应用价值。
