Ni60A基复合涂层的制备及其耐蚀性能研究

             

摘要

Grab bucket board of loading machine were easily failure due to seriously abrasion and corrosion in the process of operating. It improved effectively abrasion and corrosion resistance due to the fact that composite coating were fabricated by using blame spray-welding technology on the substrate of grab bucket board after Al2O3 were successfuly added to the aloy powder of Ni60A. It had different effect on corrosion resistance of Ni60A coating with different content of Al2O3 in the different media. The results indicated that, it had the minimum eroding speed of coating with 0.5wt percent of Al2O3 in the condition of rare nitric acid.%装卸机的抓斗,在服役过程中受到严重的磨损与腐蚀,易使抓斗斗口板失效。Al2O3粉末与镍基自熔性合金粉末Ni60A混合后,用热喷焊工艺在斗口板基体材料表面制备出复合涂层,能有效改善其耐磨耐蚀性能。Al2O3的加入量对Ni60A涂层在不同介质中的耐蚀性能有不同的影响,结果表明,当Al2O3含量为0.5%时,涂层在稀硝酸溶液中的腐蚀速率最小。
