牛头式电火花加工机床重力引发变形的有限元分析

         

摘要

The main spindle component precision of NgauTau-type EDM machine is greatly influenced by gravity. In this article, we used DEFORM-3D software to do the finite element analysis for deformation caused by gravity of Ngau-Tautype EDM machine,the result showed that vertical ram could be approximately viewed as a rigid body and the displacement was mainly from the deformation of the horizontal ram. When the main spindle component moved from the middle of crisscross saddle to the front,the displacement of vertical ram had increased more than two times,and the angle deflection doubled. So in practical activity,the design should be improved with the actual demand.%牛头式电火花加工机床的主轴部件精度受重力影响较大.本文使用DEFORM-3D软件对牛头式机床由重力引发的变形进行了有限元模拟分析.结果表明,立滑枕可近似视为刚体,其位移主要来源于平滑枕的变形.当主轴部件从十字马鞍中部移动到最前端时,立滑枕的整体位移量增大了2倍以上,角度偏转量增加了1倍,设计时应结合实际需求加以改进.
