数控加工工序对蜗杆轴本体跳动影响的探讨

         

摘要

The run-out of worm shaft body is the important factor affecting vibration and tone quality for seat motor. Taking experimental method as the means of research, based on measuring run-out in each process, finding cutting process, and rough milling process, final milling process are not the factor which affects run-out, and turning is the main affecting process which the run-out value is out-of tolerance, and the speed of lathe is the main affecting factor. However, when the speed get 3500 r/min, the run-out value is about 0. 8, so it is good for solving the issue of run-out, and the capacity is e-nough.%蜗杆轴本体的跳动是影响座椅马达振动和音质的重要因素.本文以试验法为研究手段,通过实测蜗杆轴每道加工工序后的跳动值,发现切断工序、粗磨工序和精磨工序对跳动值几乎不影响;车蜗杆工序是影响跳动超差的主要工序,且数控车床的加工速度是主要影响因素;当加工速度调整为3 500r/min时,跳动值主要集中在0.8 mm左右,不仅有效解决了跳动超差的问题,且保证了生产能力.
