可变压力与流量的杠杆-肘杆二级增力手动液压千斤顶

         

摘要

介绍了一种新型的可变压力与流量的杠杆-肘杆二级増力手动液压千斤顶的工作原理,给出了其输出力计算公式并做了力学计算举例。该新型千斤顶空载时速度大,负载时输出力大,与传统手动液压千斤顶相比,增力效果明显,工作效率显著提高;笔者之前曾设计的杠杆-铰杆二级增力手动液压千斤顶中含有5个活动构件,该新型可变压力与流量的杠杆-肘杆二级増力手动液压千斤顶增力效果更加明显,而且只用3个活动构件即可,结构更加简单。%The working principle of a new type of variable pressure and flow manual hydraulic jack with two-step force amplifier using lever-toggle was introduced,the output force calculating formula was given and the mechanical calculation example was made.The new jack has advantages of high speed in the situation without load and great power in the situation with large load.Compared with traditional manual hydraulic jack,force amplifier effect is obvious and work efficiency is im-proved significantly.The previously designed manual hydraulic jack with two-step force amplifier using lever-toggle contains five active components and the force amplifier effects of the new type of variable pressure and flow manual hydraulic jack with two-step force amplifier using lever-toggle were more obvious.It contains only three active components.The structure of the new pump is very simple.
