弱刚度件在车削加工中常因刚度变化引入额外的加工误差.选取一根弱刚度轴为研究对象,通过采用仿真分析和试验结合的手段,利用以对称测量点表征变形趋势的方法对刚度变化引入的误差进行了分析,并提出了补偿措施.%During the manufacture of low-rigidity parts,variance of rigidity intends to aggravate the deviation problem. A low-rigidity pillar is created to study this problem with approaches of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)and experiments. Several test points are marked on the pillar to exhibit the tendency of deformation and analyze the deviation due to variance of rigidity.In the end,some suggestions are offered in order to diminish the deviation.
