F掺杂TiO2的制备及其光催化性能研究

         

摘要

以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,氢氟酸(HF)为氟源,采用水热反应法制备了具有可见光活性的氟(F)掺杂二氧化钛(TiO2)(TiO2-F),研究了F掺杂对TiO2光催化性能的影响.采用XRD、Raman spectra、N2-BET、TEM、XPS等手段对催化剂进行了表征.研究结果表明:适量HF的掺入可以明显提高TiO2高能晶面的暴露比、结晶程度、粒径大小以及对甲基橙(MO)的降解效率,在MO浓度为15mg/L、pH为6.5,降解时间为2.5h,HF添加量为60%(体积浓度)制得的TiO2-F用量为0.8g/L条件下,TiO2-F对MO溶液的降解率最大达到62.4%,具有较好的光催化效果.%A series of fluorine (F)doped titanium dioxide (TiO2)(TiO2-F)catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method using tetrabutyl titanate as precursor and hydrofluoric acid(HF)as fluorine source. The catalysts were tested for the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange,and the influence of fluorine doping on catalytic activity was investigated. These catalysts were characterized by XRD,Raman spectra,N2-BET,TEM,XPS and LPSA respectively.Results showed that the appropriate addition of HF could increase the high energy(001)facet of TiO2,the grain size and the degradation efficiency for methyl orange. The optimal conditions were 15mg/L methyl orange,6.5of pH,2.5hof degradation time,0.8g/L photocatalyst and 60vol% HF. The TiO2-F had the good catalytic efficiency and exhibited 62.4%degradation at the optimal condition.
