In this paper,the difference of polyurea and hybrid on the macro-performance were analyzed comparatively by mechanical properties test. The results showed that the mechanical properties of polyurea were better than that of hybrid. And then fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to study the structural morphology of polyurea and hybrid. FTIR results showed that the hybrid contained hydroxyl and urethane,while in polyurea these two groups'absorption peaks were not detected. SEM results showed that compared to hybrid,polyurea's surface morphology was more regular and compact.%通过力学性能测试对比分析了聚脲和聚氨酯(脲)在宏观性能上的差异.结果表明,聚脲的力学性能优于聚氨酯(脲).采用傅立叶红外谱图(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)考察了聚脲和聚氨酯(脲)的结构形貌.FTIR实验结果表明,聚氨酯(脲)中含有羟基和氨酯基,而在聚脲中则检测不到这2种基团的吸收峰;SEM实验结果表明,聚脲的表面形貌比聚氨酯(脲)的要明显规则和致密.
