新型防火隔热复合膨胀珍珠岩板材的开发与研究

             

摘要

Aimed at unreliable fireproofing and bad impact-resistant ability of common perlite composite plank, a new kind of perlite composite plank with excellent fireproofing and impact-resistant ability was prepared by mixing high temperature- resistant powder and PVAC latex. Through optimizing the formulation, 40 millimeter thickness sample was ignited by fierce fire, the back temperature of the test sample was only 102℃ after 90 minute ignition. The compressive stress was 0.81 MPa,thermal conductivity was 0.05~0.07 W/(m* K),and can resist 16 impact fall off from 1.5 meter high. SEM photos show that a compact ceramics framework was formed nearby the ignition surface. And it can resist the penetration of fire and heat. This is the most important reason why the perlite composite plank has so excellent fireproofing and heat-insulation ability.%针对普通膨胀珍珠岩板材防火能力差、抗冲击能力不强等缺点,通过添加适量的耐高温粉和聚醋酸乙烯胶黏剂(白乳胶),制备了防火能力优异、抗冲击能力好的复合膨胀珍珠岩板材.通过优化配方所制备的40mm厚板材,在高温下灼烧90 min后背火温度仪102℃,抗压强度为0.81 MPa,导热系数为0.05~0.07 W/(m·K),可经受1.5 m高16次跌落试验.通过电镜分析得知,该板材防火隔热性能优良的重要因为为灼烧时迎火面附近处形成的致密陶瓷结构阻止了火焰和热量的传递.
