自保温多孔砌块在夏热冬冷地区的热工性能研究

         

摘要

Selection of typical block model in hot summer and cold winter area, through the theoretical analysis and test of the heat conductivity of self-thermal-insulation perforated block in different materials, different shape hole row number and different arranged hole,the thermal insulation performance at different conditions of self-thermal-insulation perforated block are acquired. And the effects of heat transfer coefficient of the materials, rows of holes and arrangement of block are studied. It is proved that using a small thermal conductivity material, increasing the hole number and hole arrangement method changes could significantly reduce the heat transfer coefficient, improve the insulation effect, and satisfy the 50% energy saving building design standard.%选取夏热冬冷地区典型砌块模型,通过理论分析与试验测试自保温多孔砌块在不同材料、不同孔形排数、不同孔洞排列下的导热情况,得出自保温多孔砌体的保温性能,并研究了材料、孔洞排数及排列方式对砌块传热系数的影响及一般规律.结果表明:通过采用导热系数小的材料、增加孔排数和改变孔洞排列的方法均能显著降低砌块的传热系数,提高保温隔热效果,达到节能50%的建筑设计标准.
