无氟复合发泡剂用量对酚醛泡沫性能的影响

         

摘要

A phenolic foam(PF) with excellent performance was prepared with pentane or other non fluorine complex foaming agent. The effects of foaming agent content on properties of PF were investigated. The results indicated that the comprehensive properties of PF reached optimal value when the amount of non fluorine complex foaming agent was 10%. The apparent density was 58 kg/m3, compression strength was 0.15 Mpa?min. Thermal conductivity was 0.23 W/(m·K)and oxygen index was 41%.%采用戊烷等无氟复合发泡剂制备了性能优异的酚醛泡沫,研究了发泡剂用量对酚醛泡沫性能的影响.结果表明,发泡剂用量为10%时,酚醛泡沫的表观密度为58 kg/m3、压缩强度为0.15 MPa、导热系数最小为0.23 W/(m·K)和氧指数为41%,综合性能最佳.
