沥青掺量对水泥乳化沥青混凝土耐久性影响研究

摘要

对不同乳化沥青掺量下水泥乳化沥青混凝土的耐久性能进行对比试验,其中包括抗酸、碱、盐和机油侵蚀性能以及抗冻性能.试验结果表明,水泥乳化沥青混凝土的耐化学介质侵蚀性能良好；随着乳化沥青用量的增加,其抗酸、碱、盐侵蚀能力增强,抗油性能逐渐降低,抗冻性能亦逐渐下降；当乳化沥青与水泥质量比为0.4时,水泥乳化沥青混凝土的耐久性能最佳.%The durability of cement emulsified asphalt concrete under different emulsified asphalt dosage was tested and com pared using cement-based cement emulsified asphalt concrete specimen,including the performance of resisting to acid,alkali,salt and oil erosion and frost resistance. The results show that: the performance of erosion resistance to chemical media was fine, but with the increase of the amount of asphalt,the acid,alkali,salt erosion ability,anti-oil properties decreased,and its frost resistance decreased; when the mass ratio of emulsified asphalt with cement is 0.4, the durability of cement emulsified asphalt concrete is the best.
