铁尾矿制备阻燃型轻质保温墙体材料的研究

         

摘要

With cement as the cementing agent, iron tailings as the main raw material, and spent PS foam as filling material, adding certain amount of activator and flame retardant,a new type flame retardant lightweight heat-insulation wall material was prepared. It can be indicated from the research that the activity of iron tailing after excitation improves greatly and the mechanical strength is markedly increased. The results indicate that a product can be produced that has a 28 d compression strength more than 3.0 MPa,dry bulk density less than 900 kg/m3,heat conduction coefficient less than 0.231 W/(m·K),LOI>32 at such conditions:the forming way of vibration,water/cement of 0.7,iron tailing/(cement+iron tailing) of 68%,PS foam/(cement+iron tailing) ≤S2%,excitant/iron tailing of 10%,and flame retardant/water of 20%.%以水泥为胶凝材料,铁尾矿为主要原料,废旧PS颗粒为填充材料,加入一定的激发剂、阻燃剂,制备了阻燃型轻质保温墙体材料.研究表明,激发后的铁尾矿活性大大改善,试件力学强度明显提高;当W/C=0.7、PS颗粒/(水泥+铁尾矿)不大于2%、铁尾矿/(水泥+铁尾矿)=68%、激发剂/铁尾矿=10%、阻燃剂/水=20%时,28 d抗压强度大于3.0 MPa、密度小于900 kg/m3、导热系数小于0.231 W/(m·K)、氧指数大于32.
