镁水泥混凝土路用性能试验研究

     

摘要

In cold area,paving of ordinary Portland cement concrete pavement early disease happens often,especially the mountain road. In order to improve the current road conditions and strengthen magnesia development and utilization of resources,on the basis of previous studies,this article studied the water resistance,abrasion resistance,shrinkage,impermeability and frost resis-tance of magnesium cement concrete respectively,the results show that the application of magnesium cement concrete must take wa-ter repellent,sulfate environment on the water resistance of magnesium cement concrete has cooperative promotion effect,fly ash can significantly improve the wear resistance and shrinkage performance of magnesium oxychloride cement,dolomite powder has certain damage to the permeability properties of magnesium cement concrete;In the dry cold little rain area,it is recommended to use dry frozen method to evaluate the frost resistance of magnesium cement.%在高寒地区,普通硅酸盐水泥铺筑的混凝土路面经常发生早期病害,尤其是山区道路.为了改善当前路面状况以及加大镁质资源的开发和利用,在前期研究的基础上,分别对镁水泥混凝土的耐水性、耐磨性、收缩性、抗渗性以及抗冻性进行了研究,结果表明:镁水泥混凝土在应用时必须采取抗水剂,硫酸盐环境对镁水泥混凝土的抗水性能有协同提升作用,粉煤灰能够显著地提高镁水泥的耐磨性和收缩性能,白云石粉掺入镁水泥混凝土中对其抗渗性能有一定的损害;在干旱寒冷少雨地区,建议使用干冻法来评价镁水泥的抗冻性.
