新型拼缝叠合双向板受力性能试验研究

             

摘要

The composite two-way slab that as an important horizontal load-carrying member in prefabricated structure,has been widely used in prefabricated houses. But the mechanical properties of composite slab are affected by the existence of flat-fell seam. A new type of superimposed two -way slab with the flat -fell seam structural measure is put forward to enhance the mechanical properties of floors in prefabricated houses. By experiments,the mechanical properties about the superimposed two-way slab with new type of flat-fell seam and cast-in-situ two-way slab are compared and analyzed. The results show that the stiffness and crack resistance of superimposed two-way slab with new type of flat-fell seam are slightly lower than the cast-in-situ two-way slabs,but cracking propagation and position were almost the same. Owing to the easy construction of new superimposed two-way slabs,the efficiency of the housing industrialization can be promoted.%叠合双向板作为装配式结构中重要的水平受力构件,已广泛应用于装配式住宅.由于拼缝的存在,使得叠合双向板的受力性能受到一定影响.为提高装配式住宅中楼板的受力性能,提出一种新型拼缝构造措施的叠合双向板.对该新型拼缝叠合双向板和现浇双向板的受力性能进行试验对比,结果表明,新型拼缝叠合双向板的抗裂度和刚度略低于现浇双向板,但破坏形态包括裂缝展开位置及发展过程基本相同;同时这种新型叠合双向板施工方便,可提高住宅产业化的施工效率.
