泡沫混凝土孔结构对抗压强度的影响研究

         

摘要

In this paper,the effects of water-cement ratio(W/B)on the average pore size,porosity and compressive strength of 600 to 900 grade foamed concrete were studied. The results show that the porosity of foam concrete decreases while the average pore size increases with the increasing of water-binder ratio(0.40~0.65). The compressive strength firstly increases and then de-creases with the increasing of water-binder ratio. The porosity and compressive strength of the same grade foamed concrete were fitted and the correlation between them was superior.%研究了水胶比对600~900级泡沫混凝土平均孔径、孔隙率及抗压强度的影响.结果表明,泡沫混凝土孔隙率随水胶比(0.40~0.65)增大呈下降趋势,平均孔径与之相反,抗压强度随水胶比的增大呈现先提高后降低趋势;对同一级别泡沫混凝土孔隙率与抗压强度进行拟合,二者具有良好相关性.
