介绍了重庆市江津区北部新区的城市设计理念与方案.设计以生态基础设施作为新城的基本框架结构,用以组织城市的空间形态和功能布局,并最终成为城市的特色.该生态基础设施对应于城市的市政基础设施为城市提供的社会经济服务,并为城市的可持续发展提供生态服务,它们是城市居民最基本的需要,也是城市生态与人文特质的基本保障.基于这一理念和方法论,根据场地"三面云山-面江、溪水内聚到明堂"的场地特征,形成了"坐山-留水-眺江"的"茶花状"主体城市格局,塑造了一个既具生态与人文气质又极富经济活力的江津新城.%This paper discusses the urban design scheme for the North Jiangjin District, Chongqing City, on the north bank of the Yangtze River. Ecological Infrastructure ( E1) is identified and planned to frame and structure the new city, and eventually becomes the unique feature of the new city. As a counterpart of the gray infrastructure of the city that provides social and economic services, the E1 or the green Infrastructure provides ecosystems' services that are necessary for a sustainable, ecological and livable cily. Based on this concept and as an adaptation to the specific site that is enclosed with hills at the north, east and west, faces the Yangtze River at the South and contains Streams and ponds in the middle, the new city is designed in a flower-shaped pattern, a well functioning and beautiful eco-city.
