以8.2万t散货船为基础,对阀门遥控多芯管安装方法进行了研究,主要目的是降低多芯管安装施工劳动强度,提高安装效率。通过对多芯管的来货规格和走向进行分析,确定每捆多芯管的套料和选择合适的工装,并结合工序迁移的施工工艺,经现场实施和后续船的应用,最终实现机械替代人力的安装方法,缩短多芯管拉敷周期,取得较大的经济效益。该方法同样适用于油船等其他船型。%Based on the 82 000 dwt bulk carriers, the installation methods of multi-core pipes of valve remote control system are studied. The main purpose of the study is to lower the labor intensity in multiple core pipe installation, and increase the installation efficiency. Through analysis of the multi core pipe specifications and run trend, the nesting of each bundle of multi core pipes is determined and appropriate tooling is selected. Combined with process migration technology, the method is practiced during the construction and applied on follow-up ships. As a result, the mechanic installation is eventually realized in replacement of manual one, which substantially shortens the multi-core pipe installation cycle and achieves better economic benefits. This method can also be applied to tankers and other ship types.
