运用层次分析法从人口、经济、社会和生态环境四个方面建立了土地资源综合承载力评价指标体系，运用矢量投影的方法，从时间和空间两个维度对湖北省各市（州）土地资源承载力进行评价并建立分级评价体系，讨论了全省17个市（州）近10年来土地资源承载力的发展趋势。研究结果表明：(1)总体看来，湖北省土地资源承载力正在逐步增强，但土地人口承载力相对滞后；(2)湖北省土地资源承载力不稳定，鄂东南地区土地资源承载力明显高于其他地区，鄂西地区土地资源承载力较低，这与经济发展水平有较大关系。建议：(1)实行严格的耕地保护制度，提高人均耕地面积；(2)注重资源与环境问题，促进可持续发展。%This paper sets up the evaluation system of the comprehensive bearing capacity of land resources from the aspects such as population, economy, society, and ecological environment by using analytic hierarchy process. It also calls for an evaluation on land resource carrying capacity of all the cities and counties (districts) of Hubei province from the time and spatial dimension by using the method of vector projection. And then grading evaluation system is established;trend of development of land resource carrying capacity in 10 years of 17 cities and counties (districts) of Hubei province is also discussed. The results prove that overall, land resource bearing capacity is gradually enhanced, but land population carrying capacity is lagging. Land resource carrying capacity in the southeast of Hubei province is signiifcantly higher than in other regions;and in the western Hubei province relatively low, which is related to the level of economic development. In response to this, this paper offers that arable land protection system must be strictly enforced;the per capita arable land must be increased;resource and environmental problems must be paid more attention to so as to promote sustainable development.
