地勘单位在“页岩气革命”中的角色与挑战--以探井施工为例的实证分析

         

摘要

Based on the progress of geological exploration units have achieved in shale gas exploration and construction, we study the characteristics of division of labor between state-owned geological exploration units with respect to the private geological exploration units, through the analysis of statistical work of a total of 141 cases in the relevant block drilling area. The study found that:ifrstly, though the number of geological exploration units who have done shale gas construction are numerous, the time they entry into the industry is late, and their main task is to follow the development of large-scale energy companies in this ifeld and undertake some survey project provided by Ministry of Land and Resource;secondly, geological exploration units have shown low degree of meticulous and professional of their drilling projects;thirdly, geological exploration units have relatively long construction period, limited coverage of well kinds, low carrying capacity of the project. Finally, we promote some relevant suggestions for improvement, from the perspectives of policy support, learning objects and cooperation methods.%结合国有地勘单位参与页岩气勘查施工的进展情况,通过对相关区块共141个钻井工程案例的统计分析,研究了国有地勘单位相对于非地勘企业的行业分工特征。研究发现:首先,地勘单位页岩气施工数量虽多,但进入产业较晚,以追随大型能源开发企业和承担国土资源部门的资源调查项目为主要工作内容;其次,地勘单位钻探项目的作业精细程度和市场化程度偏低;第三,地勘单位施工周期偏长、覆盖井种有限、项目承载能力较低。从政策支持、学习对象和合作方式等角度,提出了相关改进建议。
