遵循规律推广JD模式促进城市健康发展

摘要

Urban development has its own inherent laws, which will lead to some harmful results if we don’t follow these laws. Based on analysis of these results, this paper expounds some drawbacks of the current urban development model, and proposes a new urban model - JD model (urban land-unimpeded city model), which adapts to the automobile era. In the end, the value of JD model in future urban development and construction is predicted and analyzed.%城市发展有其自身固有规律，不遵循规律将会导致一些有害结果。文章对这些可能导致的结果进行了一一梳理，在此基础上阐述了当前城市模式的一些弊端，提出了一种适应汽车时代的新型城市模式——JD模式（节地畅通城市模式），对未来城市发展建设中JD模式的推广价值和利用前景进行了预测分析。
