气体钻井抗油防塌稳定泡沫的研制

         

摘要

In view of weak points in inhibition and oil resistance of the foam system currently used, a study was conducted to develop a kind of oil-resisting and anti-sloughing stable foam. Foaming agents, stabilizers and inhibitors are evaluated and the optimal choice was made for different agents that has high oil resistance, high inhibition, and wide stable cycle. An orthorhom- bic experiment for the optimal formula was also performed, and a stable foam system was thus developed consisting of the foa-ming agent of non-ionic surfactant QP-1, the inhibitor of KCl and the stabilizer of CMC. The comprehensive behavior evalua-tion showed that this non-toxic foam system has high inhibition, cyclic recovery up to 97%, oil resistance of 150%, and cuttings limit over 10%, and the development of this eco-friendly foam system will widen the applicable range of gas drilling and help improve the ROP.%针对目前所使用的充气泡沫体系抑制性和抗油性不强等缺点,从泡沫基液出发,开展了气体钻井抗油防塌稳定泡沫的研究.通过对起泡剂、稳定剂、抑制剂的评价和筛选,优选出了抗油性能强、抑制效果好、稳定周期可调范围宽的各种处理剂,并采用正交实验方法完成了配方优化实验,形成了以非离子表面活性剂QP-1为发泡剂、KCl为抑制剂、CMC为稳定剂的抗油防塌泡沫体系.综合性能评价表明:该体系抑制性强,滚动回收率高达97%、抗油能力达到15%、钻屑容量极限为10%以上,并且无毒.该体系的成功研制为进一步拓宽气体钻井应用范围、提高机械钻速创造了条件,同时对环境不会造成污染.
