炉管阻力测试装置的研制

摘要

为了检测天然气一段转化炉每根炉管装入催化剂后阻力是否相同，根据检测原理研究开发出了一种新型的炉管阻力测试装置，该装置简单方便，易于操作，不受限于场地，可改进催化剂装填。%In order to determine whether the pressure drops of every tubes of primary reformer are the same after loading catalyst, an novel resistance testing device for tubes has been developed based on theoretical research. The developed device has the advantage of being simple, maneuverable and free of site constraint, and can improve catalyst loading.
