研究了甲苯和甲醇为原料通过流化床催化工艺选择性制备对二甲苯工艺,考察了催化剂粒度、催化剂积炭、温度、压力、水/甲苯比及甲苯质量空速对反应的影响。结果表明,反应压力对转化率和选择性影响较小,在合适的粒度和催化剂积炭范围内,较佳的工艺条件为:500~520℃,水/甲苯质量比0.2,甲苯质量空速2~4 h-1。在较佳的工艺条件下,甲苯单程转化率可以超过50%,甲醇单程转化率大于98%,对二甲苯的选择性大于85%。%The fluidized bed catalytic process for producing p-xylene (PX) from toluene and methanol was studied. The effects of catalyst particle size, coke deposition, temperature, pressure, water/toluene feed mass ratio and toluene space velocity on the reaction were investigated. The results show that pressure has little influence on the conversion and selectivity, and within a proper catalyst size and coke content range, the optimum process conditions are determined as follows:temperature of 500-520℃, toluene feed mass ratio of 0.2, and toluene liquid hour space velocity of 2-4h-1. Under the optimized conditions, the per-pass conversion of toluene could reach more than 50%with a methanol conversion of more than 98%and a PX selectivity of more than 85%.
