超临界CO2萃取含油钻屑的数值模拟与响应面分析

     

摘要

含油钻屑是页岩油气钻井过程中的难处理的污染物,本文结合中心复合实验设计,研究利用超临界二氧化碳(SC-CO2)萃取含油钻屑,响应曲面分析了各独立变量和变量之间相互作用对萃取固相物中残油率的影响,得出最佳萃取条件为萃取温度35℃,萃取压力30MPa,溶剂流率3.71L/h,萃取时间90min,固相物中残油率最小值为0.398%.萃取数据良好地拟合了简化二次多项式模型,简化二次多项式模型的相关系数R2,预测R2和校正R2分别为0.9550,0.9313和0.9156.利用红外光谱将萃取产物和市售0#柴油进行对比分析,两者官能团结构基本一致,实现了能源资源回收和含油钻屑的无害化.%Oily drill cuttings are the contaminants that are difficult to deal with in the process of shale oil and gas drilling. In this paper, the oily sludge was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) combined with the central composite experimental design, and the response surface method was used to analyze the effect of individual parameters and the interaction between parameters on residual oil yield. The optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows: extraction temperature of 35℃, extraction pressure of 30MPa, solvent flow rate of 3.71 L/h and extraction time of 90 min, under which, the residual oil content in the solid had the minimum value of 0.398% by mass. The data of extraction fitted the reduced-quadratic model well, and the correlation coefficient R2, adj-R2, pre-R2 for the reduced-quadratic model are 0.9950, 0.9313 and 0.9156, respectively. Comparing the extracted product with the commercial 0# diesel by IR characterization, it was found that the structures of their function groups were basically the same, so achieving recovery energy resource and oily sludge harmless.
