(NH4)10W12O41·6H2O/γ-Al2O3催化脂肪醇脱水制烯烃的工艺研究

     

摘要

The dehydration of fatty alcohol to C10 alpha-olefin over the catalyst of (NH4)10W12O41·6H2O/γ-Al2O3 was studied.The effects of the active component loading amount of catalyst and the reaction conditions on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the dehydration of fatty alcohol to alpha-olefin are that the loading amount of (NH4)10W12O41·6H2O in catalyst of 14% by mass,liquid hourly space velocity of 0.3h-1,reaction temperature of 220℃.Under above conditions,fatty alcohol conversion reached the highest value of 90%,and the yield of C10 alpha-olefin was 80%.%采用催化剂(NH4)10W12O41·6H2O/γ-Al2O3催化脂肪醇脱水制C10α-烯烃,考察了催化剂活性成分含量和反应条件的影响.结果表明,反应的最佳条件为:催化剂负载(NH4)10W12O41.6H2O质量分数为14%,空速为0.3h-1,反应温度为220℃.在此条件下,脂肪醇脱水转化率达到最高值90%,C10α-烯烃的收率达到80%.
