采用完全液相法制得一系列CuZnAlX(TiO2、ZrO2、CeO2、SiO2和MgO)复合催化剂用于浆态床反应器中乙醇的合成.通过XRD、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD、BET和XPS表征手段结合活性数据分析不同X对CuZnAl催化剂的CO加氢合成乙醇性能影响.结果表明CuZnAlTi与CuZnAlZr催化剂的乙醇选择性较高,分别为41.1%和33.8%,这可能是它们中的Cu2O较难被还原,即Cu+存在形式更稳定,且比表面积较大.%A series of CuZnAlX catalysts (X=TiO2, ZrO2, CeO2, SiO2and MgO) were prepared by the complete liquid phase method for ethanol synthesis in slurry reactor. XRD, H2-TPR, NH3-TPD, XPS and BET were used to characterize the CuZnAlX catalysts,and the effect of substances X on the performance of the catalysts in hydrogenation of CO to ethanol was investigated. The results indicated that CuZnAlTi and CuZnAlZr catalysts exhibited the higher ethanol distribution in alcohol products with an ethanol C-mol selectivity of 41.1% and 33.8%, respectively, which may be due to the fact that the Cu2O in the both catalysts was more difficult to be reduced and the specific surface areas of them were larger.
