宁神解郁胶囊质量标准研究

摘要

目的建立宁神解郁胶囊的质量标准.方法采用TLC法对宁神解郁胶囊中黄芪、当归、白芍进行了定性鉴别；采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量,为宁神解郁胶囊的质量控制提供依据.结果定性鉴别方法专属性强；在6-30μg范围内芍药苷峰面积与进样量线性关系良好,r-0.9999；样品加样回收率为99.75%(n=5).RSD为0.76.结论所建立的方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效控制宁神解郁胶囊的质量.%　　Objictive To establish the quality standard for Ningshenjieyu Capsules. Methods Thinlayer chromatogramphy(TLC) was used for qualitative identifyication of Radix Astragali; Radix Angelicae Sinensis; The Paeontflorin was determined by HPLC. Results TLC identifyication was highly specific; The Paeontflorin area and content showed a good linesr relationship ym the range of 6-30μg and correlateion coefficient was 0.9999. The average recorery of the added sample was 99.75%(n=5), RSD was 0.76%. Conclusion The method is stable,accurate and precise for the quality control of Ningshenjieyu Capsules.
