3.0T磁共振对前列腺外周带癌的诊断价值

摘要

目的探讨前列腺外周带癌3.0T MRI表现.方法对32例手术或穿刺病理证实的前列腺外周带癌的3.0T MRI表现进行回顾性分析.结果前列腺外周带癌直接征象：T2WI上呈局部或弥漫性低信号，腺泡状结构破坏，前列腺包膜受侵.前列腺外周带癌间接征象：前列腺癌包膜外侵犯精囊腺、周围神经血管束、膀胱、直肠，并可造成盆腔骨质及淋巴结转移.结论3.0T磁共振对前列腺外周带癌的诊断具有重要价值.%Objective To approach 3.0T MRI characteristics of prostate cancer(PCA) in peripheral zone. Methods 3.0T MRI findings of 32 cases with PCA in peripheral zone verified by operation and needle biopsy were analyzed retrospectively. Resules There are some direct sign of PCA in peripheral zone including showing tubercle or diffuse hypointensity on T2-weighted image and destruction of normal alveolus structure as well as encroachment of prostate envelope. There are some indirect sign of PCA in peripheral zone including metastasis of seminal vesicle, neurovascular bundles, bladder, rectum, lymph nodes and bone. Conclusion 3.0T MRI is valuable in diagnosing PCA in peripheral zone.
